If you're tired of duct-taping programs together and ready for an accelerator experience that works for your founders and your team, let’s talk.

Meet Elizabeth Hallgren, MBA
I created the Levain Group to help corporate innovation teams design, deliver, and scale startup accelerators that actually work—for founders and the program leaders.
Since 2015, I’ve worked with more than 400 founders to validate business models and grow sustainable ventures. I bring the structure of established entrepreneurial curriculums, the adaptability of an executive coach, and the perspective of a startup founder to every program I create or facilitate.
As a faculty member with the National Science Foundation I-Corps and the Global Innovation through Science and Technology (GIST) Network, I coach science and tech founders around the world and train instructors on best practices in entrepreneurial education. I've customized curriculum and trained teaching teams for accelerators like the Global Insurance Accelerator and built programs from the ground up—like the University of Iowa’s SCALE Accelerator.
I specialize in white-labeled curriculum and facilitation support for corporate and industry-specific accelerators. Whether you're designing your first program or modernizing a legacy one, I bring the tools and training to help you:
- Launch a program that delivers business-aligned outcomes
- Support founders with meaningful, actionable coaching
- Empower internal teams to sustain and scale your accelerator
My work draws on a foundation in executive coaching, adult learning, and business strategy. I’ve taught university entrepreneurship courses, led entrepreneur training programs on four continents, and advised small businesses through the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program. As a former startup founder myself, I understand what it means to build something under pressure.
Whether I’m leading a workshop in Singapore, mentoring founders in Georgia, or coaching innovation leaders here in the U.S., my mission is simple: make your accelerator the program everyone talks about—for all the right reasons.
Let’s build something transformative together.
