Meet Elizabeth Hallgren, MBA

Strategy before tools.
Alignment before adoption.

I help leaders cut through the noise around AI and make grounded, strategic decisions in the next wave of digital transformation.

I help corporate leaders and innovation teams accelerate growth by turning bold ideas into executable strategies. With a foundation in innovation education and strategic coaching, I bring a proven approach to navigating uncertainty, aligning cross-functional teams, and building internal capacity for sustained transformation.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked with more than 400 founders, scientists, and executives through my roles with the National Science Foundation’s Innovation Corps (I-Corps), the Global Innovation through Science and Technology (GIST) programming, and accelerator programs across the U.S. and internationally. I’ve led the strategic development and delivery of training that helps organizations reduce risk, close capability gaps, and scale what works.

My approach blends strategic facilitation, executive coaching, and proven innovation frameworks to help companies act faster and smarter—especially in fast-moving or resource-constrained environments. I specialize in working with corporate innovation teams, internal incubators, and early-stage growth programs inside established companies.

I’m expanding my work to explore how AI is reshaping the future of innovation, execution, and business growth. While completing advanced training in AI strategy, I’m actively sharing insights and collaborating with leaders preparing their teams for the next wave of transformation.

Whether you’re launching a new initiative, retooling your strategy, or preparing for tech-driven change, I bring structure, clarity, and practical momentum to the work of innovation.
