Over the past decade, I’ve worked with more than 400 founders, scientists, and executives through my roles with the National Science Foundation’s Innovation Corps (I-Corps), the Global Innovation through Science and Technology (GIST) programming, and accelerator programs across the U.S. and internationally. I’ve led the strategic development and delivery of training that helps organizations reduce risk, close capability gaps, and scale what works.

My approach blends strategic facilitation, executive coaching, and proven innovation frameworks to help companies act faster and smarter—especially in fast-moving or resource-constrained environments.
